Hi, I'm happy you could drop by. I will be sharing my experiences from Germany, the country I have been living in since the mid 70s.

As a Canadian, I held, and still hold attitudes and beliefs many of my German friends do not share with me. In the course of the next few months, I will talk about what I perceive as so different from my Canadian mindset.

On the other hand, there are aspects of German and European daily life that fascinate and intrigue me. These aspects, too, will be subject to closer scrutiny.

So, let's go ahead and take a closer look.
